Our church values strong and healthy relationships, whether this is in a marriage, between parents, or among friends. We encourage all couples, parents and friends to grow in their relationships, and allow God to teach us how to keep our relationships strong.
We encourage everyone to worship together and participate in small groups together. That way we are not alone in our walk with our partner or friends. We also offer the following classes on a regular basis:
This is a class for married and unmarried couples who are in a committed relationship. Couples have 7 “date nights” at the Vineyard Church that begin with a candlelight dinner each evening. Each couple is served at a table by themselves, listen to a talk by marriage specialists, and have time to talk about topics that are relevant to their marriage, like intimacy, handling disagreements, communicating better, among others. Couples work on their issues themselves and never have to disclose what is going on with others. There is a fee and registration is required. We also offer “Marriage Tune-ups” at least twice a year for couples who have taken the Marriage Course. For more information on The Marriage Course, check out: http://relationshipcentral.org/marriage-course.
This class is for singles who may be exploring a couple relationship and those who just want to be a better friend, co-worker or neighbor. Participants come to 6 evening meetings at the Vineyard Church that begins with sharing a light snack together. Everyone listens to a talk by relationship specialists, and has personal and group time to think and talk about topics that are relevant to their relationships, like spending time together, handling disagreements, communicating better, among others. Couples in the class work on their issues themselves and never have to disclose what is going on with others. There is a fee and registration is required.
