Compassion

Showing compassion is a responsibility of every Christian…and every church. Jesus modeled this for us and we are to do the same. The Raleigh Vineyard Church has a food pantry ministry that serves hundreds of families each month. We also help individuals and families in other practical ways, to the extent that our resources allow. We are not able at this time to provide monetary assistance, but we have trained people who can refer those with needs to community resources that are available nearby.

Our church also provides seasonal compassion support by providing school supplies to children, gifts for children at Christmas, ”Angel Tree” boxes of practical gifts for children overseas, tax return help for low-income families, and other such practical ways of showing God’s love to our community.
